Randy Hall, has worked with organizations of all sizes, from Fortune 25 businesses to small and midsize organizations, to help them effectively execute change, develop leaders, engage employees, and reach their full potential as a business.
Randy serves as a consultant, coach, and facilitator to help companies lead change and build organizations that engage employees, dramatically improve results, and sustain growth.
He leverages his sales, sales management and executive level experience to ensure that real-world change happens for 4th Gear Consulting’s clients. He has created learning opportunities and developmental initiatives that enable leaders and managers to build and sustain high-performing teams and help capable individuals reach their full potential.
Randy has directly coached CEOs and senior leaders in ways that cause them to shift their perspective, consider new approaches, and ultimately become significantly more effective at leading people, teams, and businesses.
In roles such as Senior Vice President, Learning and Leadership Development at Bank of America and Global Director of Learning and Development at Pfizer, Randy has orchestrated and facilitated changes within companies. He now helps this happen for each and every client that engages 4th Gear Consulting.
He is uniquely positioned to coach, train, and support organizations and individuals who want to accomplish more, and who would like the support of an outside partner dedicated to helping them do just that.
Before starting a coaching and consulting practice in 2011, Sandi was the Vice President, Communications / Executive Coach for the Executive Vice President of GE Financial / Genworth, for whom she translated a deep proficiency in communications into effective coaching and skill building. She also lead a team of communications professionals at Fannie Mae—during prosperous and tough times—to manage the company’s employee engagement and social responsibility efforts.
Sandi holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coach Federation and is accredited with the Hay Group emotional intelligence instrument (ESCI). She also has a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and is accredited in Public Relations (APR) with the Public Relations Society of America. Sandi has been contracting with 4th Gear for over a year, providing executive coaching to several 4th Gear consulting clients.
Cherish is the business operations manager at 4th Gear Consulting. From communications and client engagement to project management and scheduling, Cherish is extremely detail-oriented and ensures that client expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
Prior to joining 4th Gear, Cherish lived in the Washington, D.C. Metro area and served as the Executive Assistant and Meeting Planner for a national engineering certification organization. In this role she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Executive Team and Board of Governors. Cherish planned and managed the organization's Executive events throughout the U.S.Cherish graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in English from Virginia Commonwealth University. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, interior design, philanthropy, exploring the Charlotte restaurant scene, spending time with family and friends, and spoiling her golden retriever rotten.
Kira has joined 4th Gear as the Client Success Manager. They say the path to success is never a straight line, but rather a series of up and downs, circles and squiggly lines. Kira’s series of circles and squiggly lines lead through areas of classical music, marketing and communications, and ultimately into client relations.
